Ha! I was doing the same thing - trying to explain to my sister and brother and dad why I am interested in this saga. They were all mortified that I had any interest in "trailer trash" Anna Nicole Smith who always appeared drugged up to the gills whenever she made a public appearance......

Sheesh. I needed THE LIST! But I did use the OJ Simpson comparison, and the fact of a little baby who should not be in the hands of a drug pusher like Howard K Stern.....and that I believed Daniel Smith's death could not be explained any other way than being given major methadone overdose - against his will or probably against his knowledge.

I then talked about the Chloral Hydrate and my sister's hubby is a retired doctor and he (who had not been paying attention to this case) perked right up - saying that is a very bad drug in combination with others.......and he was surprised ANS had been given it.....

But they all just howled about the fact I was following this case and even "blogging about it" - that's what they called what we do here.....oh well.

I understand. There must be a link with our families. :o) Sis was still looking at me expectantly when I finished explaining why I was following this.

Your sis is going to kill you if her hubby starts following this case now because of the medical interest.LOL
