If he was the "purported" husband, he would have been in the ambulance. He told the EMT's on the scene he was her "husband", and many of the intitial news reports were calling him the husband, until enough made enough noise to stop it.

I'm just certain it was HKS's idea to put the urn in with her. I wonder where she kept it - on that "important" shelf in the closet?
Yep, I'm sure she told HKS, she wanted the ashes buried with her, just in case it would help Dannielynn get the moolah.
