I don't think Opri is out of the picture - they just wanted it to appear that way. Send Opri home to take care of the matters at home. When Opri was "fired" they knew the DNA testing was going happen.
Once again the Bahama courts have no jurisdiction over the DNA test since they were done here. I do believe the wheels are in motion here in the states. They just waiting to see what the Bahamian courts will do next.
Will Stern's grounds for a the Paternity appeal be accepted?
(if yes... then it is time to pull the "no jurisdiction card" - if no... then let's see if the Bahamian court will release the results and grant Larry immediate custody of the baby. - there is a chance that it will happen)

I wonder if LB dumped Opri publicly to throw a bone to Stern to see if he would calm down and do what was right, then when Stern appealed the other day, LB has said, forget it, Opri's back.
