I don't really think he actually had a choice. I know this has probably been reviewed a million times, but I was under the impression that even though the courts 'suggested' he allow it, bottom line, he really didn't have a choice...what's even more stupid is that he agreed to have it processed in the US, which I think was Larry's request? Perhaps Team Larry already knew that Team Howard would appeal and by requesting it be done in the states, was already planning ahead to take the very action we've been discussing. Maybe it was Team Larry's strategy all along?

Thinking out loud....Maybe too they thought that since Opri was out of the way, they could just put as much focus on the Bahamas proceedings as possible, which they are doing, not realizing that in the meantime, Opri is still representing Larry and what Greta mentioned was alread in the works, maybe expected to be reported today, she knew it, and scooped it? Does that make sense?
