You are right, except they gave him until April 3rd to file an appeal to stop the results from being released. He did that yesterday, so as far as Bahamas is concerned the whole test is in limbo and the Supremes there could say no swab, only blood and the baby has to be an adult for blood (according to CTV this afternoon).

It could ultimately go all the way to the British Court of Appeal, but can Larry foot that kind of expense? The best option is to get California to suponea the DNA from Ohio and let Stern file an appeal here in California.

There is no such thing in the Bahamas as the British Court of Appeals. They don't use the British for appeals. All Appeals are handled in the Bahamas it never goes beyond that or outside the Bahamas.

They do use British law as guide but that is it. The Common Wealth of the Bahamas is a independent country. They are no longer under British rule.
