Sorry for not getting back sooner. My computer is acting up sometimes...server wouldn't let me do anything. Everthing just stops.
Greta said LB's attorneys in California should get a temporary restraining order. That way, the lab in Ohio can't destroy the DNA test results. The panel seemed to agree that because the DNA sample is in the USA, it should be a slam dunk if they did that.
Thanks for the reply...that is certainly some of the best news we've had since we saw Larry jumping up and down on the courthouse steps! As long as the sample is at least perserved...our boy Larry has a chance.
