I think the problem here is that until the DNA test results are known LB wouldn't have standing as the father.

Since DL is in the questionable 'care' of HKS, it seems the Conventions could be employed to put DL in the custody of Virgie, at least until paternity is determined.

I never could understand why that hasn't happened yet, but HK$ is the "legal" father according to the Bahamas. But now, since there is a challenge, they should let Virgie take care of her until this is resolved.

It would seem there are reasonable questions as to whom the biological father is based on the testimony of Thompson and Shelley. The proof is that ANS and HKS did move to the Bahamas and are using every possible Bahamian law to evade any tests to definitively identify the biological father.

DL has a right to know who her father is and live with him.
