Hey, can anybody report what happened today after the appeal decision on the jury for the inquest? Was a jury ruled out? Did they have any witnesses testify today?
I had followed everything up til about 3pm and then work actually took over..... :-)
You are behind then.... the whole thing rolled to a stop and Team Stern got their way, the Supreme Court of the Bahamas has to hear and decide if an inquest goes ahead and how. Stern is very scared of something he is only a witness at.... oh, and to do all this munroe is trying to rewrite Bahamian law.
