Maybe she is playing devil's advocate. I remember she criticized Debra Opri's handling of Larry's case from the very beginning. Was she claiming Opri should not be using the California Courts, but should deal directly with the Bahama Court or Florida Courts? I can't remember exactly what her position was.
I missed the first part so i didn't hear much of what she said. But it sounded like she wasn't making sense legally. Greta put her on the spot about witnesses not having rights to appeal things and stuff like that. And Gloria seemed to be spinning a little.
