I question whether the Stern lawyers are threatening to violate the people's First Amendment right to free speech. As long as it is understood that it is your opinion, aren't you entitled to say so? Maybe Levin should learn to preface his remarks with, "IMO" or "It is my understanding". I notice Lizarde is prefacing her comments with "IMO". LOL
