Because he put all her money into a corporation in which she was President and he VP, with her dead he assumes control over the corportion.... there was a blurb back before ANS died that he was moving all her money to an offshore corporation... we had the link in the original thread very early on.

Would something like that give the FBI the right to intervene in this case? I wish Mark Fuhrman was licensed to practice in the Bahamas and could investigate HKS. I believe if I represented Larry or Virgie, I would pay him to do a personal and financial check on HKS, KE, and even Ron Rale.
