However, I don't really think he will in the LONG run (and he's looking to make it a very long run if he can). I don't think that winning this appeal is necessarily Howie's objective in appealing right now. I think he's just going to throw as much gunk into all of the Bahamian law suits as he can to frustrate others and to stall. Creating delays is an old lawyer trick.
Like I said I don't why anyone is surprised that he appealed. But I don't believe Stern is going to get his way when it comes to this baby.
