Howard's team asked for the press to be dismissed while they sought to challenge the jury selection process...which we have come to learn means that he doesn't want a jury to be seated for the inquest.

He's quite a feller', don't you think??

We also learned today that his attorneys have sent a press release to the media telling them to watch their reporting or they will be sued.

Well, Stern is now running the island's legal system, when he owns no property, no home, and is not a citizen. He is demanding an unprecedented form of inquest, BTW, he is NOT even a "defendant", just a witness.
