Can you get out and walk? I used to walk to work(had no choice), and I lost more weight than when I did three miles per day on a treadmill.

Can I get out and walk? Of course not, NO - because I am glued to this d*amn puter, in addition to which - all my synapses, neurons and mitrochondrials are attached to this thread.
I do the important stuff, like shopping for groceries, when someone (who shall remain nameless) starts the salivary glands pumping by giving out toxically tempting recipes - but hey - there are limits! I do walk to the ladies room.

Hey, thanks for the tip. I walked for the first time last night...I usually do the treadmill at the gym, but when I looked at the clock last night, I didn't have time to go to the gym before "Dancing With the Stars" came on!
