I'll have to read the complete report. All i know is what Dr. Perper said about two computers being looked at. (one of them should've been the laptop in the room). When i can i'll read the rest of the report. I only read the cliff notes version of the report. the 8 pager.

Woke up late and thought I would never catch up on all the posts here and on other sites!
It is discouraging that HKS and Co. had the good fortune to have all of their misdeeds unfold at the Hard Rock - on of the few places on the planet where they have control of LE whose primary objective may be to preserve image and tribe cash flow.
A criminal case would have been near impossible in any jurisdiction as there was simply no "proof" that HKS gave her the fatal dose and even if there had been proof the defense would have been that she routinely took that over prescribed dosage amount.
The problem with this is that ANS self medicated herself in obscene over dosages and in order to perpetuate that they doctor shopped and HKS assisted her in this "crime" with full knowledge.
That fact, combined with information about his role in the insane lifestyle ANS lived with her son should be plenty enough to prove him an unfit father - not to mention his immoral, unethical decisions in remaining her counsel while personally involved with her.
Daniel and ANS are dead. Had Daniel been raised in a different environment with a different mother he would be alive today... no question. HKS was not a positive force in Daniel's world and contributed to the insane lifestyle that killed that child.
I have to hope that in the end...justice will be served somehow and Danielynn will be rescued from him.
