No diagrams, usually there is a body outline with references to marks, etc. The bruises on her back would've been noted.
No gross description (height, weight, race, etc.)
Limited notation of organ weights.
No tattoo locations or descriptions

Did I miss something?

I thought it looked unusual for an autopsy of someone who died suspiciously. It looked more like a report about someone who was elderly and just died. Just making notations about the deceased. It looks like they just assumed from day one it was an 'accidental' overdose and let it go as that.

PITIFUL LAST DAZE OF ANNA

STRICKEN, STRUNG OUT FOR DAYS BEFORE OD ACCIDENT: DOC

Smith, who died in her sleep Feb. 8, lived a wretched, final few days at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., as her feverish sweat produced "a 'pungent' odor" and she often lay crumpled in a dry bathtub with half-empty pill bottles on the floor.

Yesterday, Stern and his lawyers washed their hands of any responsibility and shifted blame to photographers who would follow Smith.

"She did not want the media frenzy that follows her . . . She refused to go to the hospital because she wanted to avoid media," lawyer Sanchez said.

When I made that post I had not read the complete autopsy report, SmokingGun changed the documents on their site several times yesterday. Have you read the 40-pager?

After reading the complete report, I would compare it with most "overdose" reports I've read, this one being more detailed and comprehensive with regard to the drug screens. Additionally, it's not often that so many consults are obtained. I think the pathology portions of the report will survive scrutiny, other parts seem sketchy, IMO, due to interviews with TeamStern.
