I think on one of the documents on Smoking Gun...it says Anna was found around 12:30pm...would be more than an hour.

How do you not immediately call 911. It defies logic.

Another observation from the Hotel report.
"The guest bedroom has 3 beds, which were well made and covered in white sheets, and covers." Does that mean Moe is a neat nick? Did he make his bed "well"?

Had the maid already been there to clean room 609?

Autopsy Report

From the Scene Investigation Document:

Initial Information

Obtained from the scene investigator, Marian Bryant

Time arrived on scene 18:40

...on the day of her demise, decedent helped to bed at 9:00 am, by HKS

...at about 11:00 or 11:15 Stern spoke with decedent and informed her that he was picking up guests at the airport

....around 12:00 pm, approximately, the guest arrived at the suite and did not awaken Miss Smith, assuming she was sleeping

....around noon, Mr. Stern and the other male guests left for Miami to check on the boat

...concurrently, Mr. Brighthaupt left to help his brother move furniture Miss Smith was left with King Eric's common-law wife Brigitte Nelsen and Tasma Brighthaupt, Maurice's wife, presumable sleeping. Around 12:30 p.m., the bodygurard's wife checked on the decedent and observed her to be blue. She immediately called her husband, Maurice Brighthaupt, and informed him of the situation. She also started CPR in her capacity as a registered nurse. As soon as Maurice returned to the hotel; he immediately called the Seminole Emergency Medical Personnel at are 1:40 p.m. The first patrol unit arrived at the scene at 1:43 p.m. and Rescue 108 Seminole Paramedics arrived at 1:46 p.m.

* note- Stern spoke with decedent and informed her that he was picking up guests at airport, and at 12:30 p.m. (not 1:00) Tasma checked on ANS, (not Bridgitte Neven) and observed her to be blue and called her husband and informed him of the situation

Then from the Comprehensive Investigative Report document part of the Autopsy Report on Smith's Death, page 6:

Maurice woke up about 9 am. Around 9:30 am he went to Anna's room and thought he saw her moving but was not certain. He told Howard he was going to have breakfast with his wife, Tasma.

Mr. Stern awoke between 9-10 am and helped Anna to the bathroom. He then watched television in another room until King Eric called to inform him of his arrival at the airport. Mr. Stern then called Maurice to instruct him to pick up the guests (King Eric. his common-law wife, and another man).

Upon the arrival of King Eric and his party at the hotel at around 12 pm, Mr. Stern called out to Anna who was till in bed to arouse her. One of the guests then urged him not to wake her so he did not call her again.

Shortly after 12 pm, Maurice, Mr. Stern, King Eric, and the other male visitor left the room at the Hard Rock Hotel. Maurice left to take care of personal business and Mr. Stern, King Eric, and the other male guests left at the same time to pick up the boat. Maurice asked Tasma, his wife who is a registered nurse, to stay with Anna. She worked on the computer in Anna's room while Anna remained in bed under the covers. King Eric's common-law wife remained in an adjoining room.

At about 1pm Tasma Brighthaupt was on the phone with her husband, Maurice Brighthaupt. The boat captain's wife, who had been in the guest room, came into Anna Nicole's room because she thought Tasma was talking to Anna Nicole. When the captain's wife realized Tasma was not talking to Anna Nicole, she went around Miss Smith's bed and took a look at her. She then told Tasma to come take a look at Anna because she didn't like the way Anna Nicole looks. Tasma hang up with Maurice and came around the bed. She saw Anna's face slumped downward on her chest, her mouth open without breathing sounds. Then Tasma Brighthaupt initiated CPR after calling her husband Maurice. She alternated mouth to mouth breathing with chest compressions, checking for a pulse until Maurice arrived.

· note- now Maurice and Taz went to pick up King Eric, Bridgette Neven and other man
· note- here it is 1pm and it was only because Bridgette Neven went into ANS bedroom, around Miss Smith's bed to take a look at her, and was concerned at how she looked and asked Taz to come take a look, that Taz became concerned enough to first call Mo then start CPR (where- on top of the bed?)

· note - interestingly the following weren't interviewed: Dr. Levy, Vergie Arthur, Bridgitte Neven, King Eric and other man with him

*Many other things I am scratching my head in relation to the Autopsy in these two reports: Comprehension Report on the Death of Anna Nicole Smith and The Scene at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. I am not a doctor nor a criminal investigator, but if it makes me scratch my head in wonder…shouldn't a half-decent criminalist wonder
