I thought he made that statement because the atrophine would not have been used at all, if there were signs she had been dead for a while, but I may have misunderstood.
That was part of it - but then he said about how there was evidence of it in the blood and it wouldn't have been there if she was dead when given the shot - like if she was already dead it would have just sat there and not been distributed into the blood - that's what I got out of it. If anyone else heard it and can clarify - thanks.
Why didn't he give us more than that - like liver temp - or the eye viscous(sp.) stuff? Perhaps it is all in the actual autopsy results.
