with this newer info on the dirty needle and infection...i will have to go with the obvious cause...the infection took over her body.

Now as to why Howard didn't get her medical help and why he left her with 105 fever, being iced down and not totally there to go on the boat...i have to say, in my opinion, he may not have been the cause of her death...but i have to think he had something to do with it! And what was so important about the boat anyways? For him to leave a few hours before she died?
