It was Pierce's interference that ultimately led to the Supreme Court decision that gave her the right to go back to Federal Court. While it could be argued that she was a gold digger Pierce manipulated things to deprive ANS of what she rightfully may have had coming. Documents disappeared, possible forgeries and manipulation of the old man before he died.

Old man Marshall wanted ANS to be well cared for in the lap of luxury and would have been very unhappy if he knew Pierce intended to kick her to the curb.

The funny thing about this is that the money outlived them both...

I do think that ANS's estate will prevail either through litigation or possibly the Marshall family may come to the table now that the hated ANS is out of the picture. If HKS is removed as well as a negotiator (he will benefit in a percentage of legal fees but may be in prison so it might not do him much good :) )

It just might happen. Wonder what the Marshall family thinks of all of the ANS circus now?

The trial in Texas should have been the end of it. She found some whacko judge in Calif. to go her way. She owed so much money at that point, and probably still does, that any millions she is able to squeeze from the Marshalls will be moot. The employee that ANS owed 800 something thousand to is the one that got screwed....in more ways than one. :-)

Pierce was exonerated of all those charges - they were made up.

If HKS is in prison for accessory to or complicit in, Anna's murder, is he, eligible for that percentage? wonder what the law is on that one?...no doubt he would still lose it in wrongful death suits, should the tree swing that way
