There are multiple stories on every facet of this 'case' and we probably haven't heard the end of them.
That is so weird about the secret child she had. I don't exactly know how old he is, but when that will was written up, I'll bet Anna was three sheets to the wind when she signed it. That would make it invalid.
Hopefully, a judge(not the jackass who presided over the recent court proceeding), will understand this and throw the will out.
I'm learning all kinds of things on this thread, namely Stern is a total sh!t...

The first bill submitted by Callenders was for $72,282.65, apparently submitted on September 22. It requests payment for “professional services rendered by Michael Scott and Tracy Ferguson in connection with [the estate of Daniel Smith].”
Daniel Smith was the 20-year-old son of Ms. Smith, who died last September 10 in Doctors Hospital while visiting her days after she had given birth to a daughter.
Among the services set out in the first bill are various attendances at the house in counsel with [Ms. Smith] and Ben Thompson, continuous attendances at the Coroner’s Court, continuous attendance with respect to the estate of Daniel Smith, taking a statement from Howard Stern for a press release at Ms. Smith’s request, numerous telephone conferences with Mr. Stern, and attending to press releases with the media.
The bill also lists attendances and telephone conferences with Anthony McKinney (eventually co-counsel on the case) and telephone conferences with Dr. Cyril Wecht, the celebrity pathologist Callenders’ hired to do an independent autopsy of Daniel Smith’s body.
Dr. Wecht’s autopsy found that Smith died from complications due to the interaction of three drugs in his system, only one of which he was prescribed.
Well, I guess I didn't read that article. A friend of mine had two boys with a Native American who lives on a reservation. She had custody(they are adults now). Go figure. Do you know or can guesstimate how old this boy is? I'd be worried too, if he inherited "bad genes". Poor kid.
I won't believe that the father was wired 10k every month until I see proof. Also, since they took so many DNA samples from Anna, let's do one on this kid. If he is truly her child, then he also should inherit. Yeah, that will ought to be thrown out...
I don't know if it was fact or fiction but I read on thread one that Anna kicked Danial out of the house in Cali for staying out all night. I highly doubt that. He is an adult and considering her open lewd lifestyle I hardly see her condeming Danial for being out all nite. He was helping her on her film as on of the Directors and going to school....he was just starting his life as an adult.
i figure it was Howard that thru Daniel out (and Anna went along cuz she was so drugged out). Maybe he had her on the same mix of drugs he had her on when she made the "mommie dearest" video.
Which brings up something. She was obviously out of it when she made that video. And some of us assume her tirade was semi-scripted. I betcha HKS made sure she said the words "mommie dearest". I'd have to watch the video again but if i recall that was one of the times Howard leaned in and prodded her. And reminded her maybe to say "mommie dearest". Also at that point in the video, i believe right before she said "mommie dearest" the video seemed to have been edited. Something was taken out.
Sometimes when a parent is one way the child opts to go the other way. Seems he was a quite natured young man who while loved his mom I bet wanted a stable more conservative lifestyle for himself. JMO
That's probably the way it went down, or else he told Anna, in front of Howard, that Howard was dangerous. Maybe she had been beaten by Howard or maybe it was just the fact that he was feeding her drugs like candy. And then after they left for the Bahamas Daniel felt Howard was going to do something bad. So that's we he called the private detetive.
And why is it that Howard had to pick up Daniel from the airport. Did Daniel need a bodyguard? Or could he have taken a taxi?
IF she was up and ate an omelet, then the ME would have found the meal in her stomach/digestive system. Wonder if he did.
I chalked up to perhaps obsessive compulsive disorder. But the embarassing videos and pics show that he viewed Anna with contempt, and was just a useful tool, just like he probably views Dannielynn.
That certainly would suggest that he is a socio/psychopath. If this is the case, then someone official needs to remove the baby from his control. As for rigid routine, lol I was taught that monday was wash day, tuesday was ironing, etc. I followed that for years. BAH!!!

There's a sense there that Scott wanted to tell more than he did but held back. Saving it for a more opportune time. Probably cooperating with police.
I sense the "different strategies" on how to handle the move/paternity issue was his way of saying Anna was listening to Howards advice to run off to the Bahamas and not Scotts advice whatever that was.
Reel Deals was lying or covering for them. Must be cooperating with police too. Boat dealers can come under a lot of police scutiny if they do something like this.
Was it King Erics boat all along, or was he really purchasing it at that time?

Yes, that and also important is his extensive involvement in Daniel's estate and autopsy. Wish I were the gal making the list of witnesses to call for the inquest because Scott does seem to be biting his tongue.
If later reports are true, we know that opinion by the police obviously changed from their initial review of the hotel surveillance tapes.
Yes, or they were putting out the signal to the perpetrators that "we've gotcha!"
But if that were the case why did the police not tell Judge Seidlin about it?
Maybe Moe was already enroute to getting the baby to the boat or he already had her on the boat or he was already on his way back from the boat. That could explain the delay, right?
