Just on instinct I don't think they took the baby with them to Florida. I don't think Anna ever bonded with Dannielynn -- if she had I doubt whether they'd have given the baby meds so that she wouldn't cry and wake them up.
Anna was completely selfish. I saw her reality show and although I don't doubt that she "loved" Daniel, it was a very seductive and selfish love.
She was simply incapable of empathy and nothing I've read or seen of her could convince me otherwise.

Behind the Anna Nicole Smith circus lies an important truth about fathers' rights. The long line of opportunistic men who have lined up to be Smith's baby's dad since Smith's death has diverted attention from the case's key fact: Photographer Larry Birkhead, Smith's ex-boyfriend, has a legitimate claim to paternity. He has been thwarted for several months by the same legal maneuvers that are often employed to separate fathers from their children.
Long before Smith died and her estate became an issue, Birkhead had filed for a DNA test to determine the paternity of Smith's baby. In December he told the Associated Press: ''I am the father of Dannielynn and I think this is . . . a crime. I expect to be reunited with my daughter.''

HOLLYWOOD - Police investigating the cause of Anna Nicole Smith's death last month have uncovered "significant" new evidence--causing the coroner to delay releasing his findings.
The development comes as Smith's bodyguard Maurice Brighthaupt claimed the star's boyfriend and lawyer Howard K. Stern was behaving "highly strange" in the hours leading to her death in a Florida hotel room.
A police spokesman says, "This is not delayed evidence, this is additional evidence that has come to light during the course of the investigation."
Coroner Dr. Joshua Perper adds, "This was unexpected. But this case has more turns than anything I could have imagined.
Smith was found dead in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Feb. 8.

I'll go with dumb sociopath, also. I said 'attention to detail' because he was meticulous in recording events the way he wanted them perceived.
The photos of happy, healthy Daniel and the baby taken within such a small window of opportunity would be my primary example.
I wish we could have that at the top of the thread along with the LIST.
I could be convinced of this as well. Especially after the transcripts that Palladin posted on thread number one. I was willing to give her the benefit of doubt but everything points in the direction that she was just a nasty drug ho.
However, I am concerned for the baby, and if foul play was involved by HK$, I would like to see justice served.

My wife's laughter during Greta's show brought me to the tv to see what was so funny.
She was laughing, as I did, because my man, Ted Williams is taking no prisoners as far as HKS is concerned.
Williams said he spoke with a connection involved in the investigation.
ANS was found neatly tucked into her bed- the inference being it was staged.
There was a pillow next to her- can't remember if it was on the bed or on the floor, but, it was somehow odd.
Apparently, the bedroom was locked and Moe and Taz had a key.
And someone else had a key and Williams then dramatically spit this out.." one Howard K Stern."
It was actually a LOL moment.
The legal panel-Ted,Grimms and Hammer are all convinced that there is a lot more to this case than the silly ET type coverage would suggest.
A grand jury should be convened, charges should be brought, the timeline smells, etc.
Moe and Taz look like they have lawyered up-if they are smart, they'll cooperate fully with the SPD.
They have to know by now that HKS is going to do everything he can to make them take the fall.
After all, they're the medical professionals and poor HKS has already testified that he doesn't know nothing bout no medicines.
Riiight! They (HKS) probably kept the baby sedated the whole time so none of the other guests would hear her cry and get suspicious.

On Friday, GARY BITNER, spokesman for the Seminole Police Department and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, told ET that the investigation is moving forward with new evidence in the ANNA NICOLE SMITH case.
"This is not delayed evidence, this is just additional evidence that has come to light during the course of the investigation," he said. "We are finding more information and making that available to everyone involved."
Bitner gave no timeline for the evaluation of the new evidence. He noted that this is still not a criminal investigation, even taking into account the new evidence.
He would not confirm reports that an Indian shaman has been called in to purify the hotel suite that Anna was staying in when she died.
"We don't discuss any issues related to the medicine of the Seminole tribe," he said.
DR. JOSHUA PERPER, the Broward County medical examiner assigned to Anna's case, tells ET the new evidence could potentially change his conclusion about her cause of death.
Dr. Perper said he had determined a cause of death until he met with Chief CHARLIE TIGER of the Seminole Police Department on Wednesday. During their meeting, Chief Tiger said he had new evidence that he wanted to be evaluated. This new information is being kept confidential.
"We exchanged information," Dr. Perper says. "They informed us about additional pieces of evidence that they have obtained."
They both agreed that this new evidence could change Dr. Perper's conclusion about what caused Anna's death.
"This is going to delay [results] for another week or two," he tells ET.
