Ah, so it was Brigitte's room service food on Thu morning. Hmmm.
"Rewind to the morning of February 8. Anna Nicole Smith was in bed in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Tasma "Taz" Brighthaupt, the wife of bodyguard Big Moe, was tending to Anna. Taz believed Smith was sleeping. Mid-morning, she left the suite and went with Big Moe to the airport to pick up some people.
We're told that just before noon, Big Moe, his wife and several others entered the hotel lobby. As they approached the elevator, Howard K. Stern came down the elevator from Anna's room. They all chatted and all went upstairs. Moe and his wife went into their room in the suite, leaving Howard in the living room. We don't know if Howard entered Anna's room.
We're told that a short time later (just after 12 noon), Moe was getting ready to leave. Howard asked Taz if she would stay and tend to Anna. She remained and Moe and Howard left.
"We're told once in the lobby, Howard began pacing as he used his cellphone. Moe left the hotel.
"We're told Taz never spoke with Anna that day. Taz assumed she was sleeping. Taz was using a computer near Anna's bed, never knowing there was trouble. At around 1:30, Taz realized something was wrong and called her husband. Moe then called the hotel, and someone on the staff then called 911.
It is unclear what Stern was doing between 12:00 and 1:30, but we're told he did not go back to the room during this timeframe.
It seems to me that anyone investigating this death would have had to have gotten into the Marshall stuff. That's a couple of weeks of briefings on its own, no frills.
Goodnight - glad the storms are over.
It seems that the worst thing HKS did was show Shane Gibson's picture on ET. His whole scheme began to unravel with that little threat.
It's kinda like losing something. The best way to find it is to lie down and relax and follow the path from BEFORE the item was lost.
Maybe "Anna's" expenses were being comped by the Indians. So they had to say it was Anna's breakfast??? Just going on the extreme here. I'm sure that is not the reason. :-)
I think it is a team effort but he is the lead ME I believe.
I think the media interest is what may have caused some problems for Perper. You know how the media works - everyday they were squeezing him for new info - yes maybe he should have stayed in his office and maybe he should have said to the media no interviews.
But you know LE may have asked him to go on TV and keep people (Anna's inner circle) in suspense or to give them a false sense of security. What Perper did may have help draw people in from Anna's outer and inner circle.
Perper said that the process he took will be explained when he announces the final results and that everyone will understand how it all came to light.

And yet, Moe left that out completely and left no time in his timeline for that to have happened. I wonder why. He said he got up around 9:30 and went downstairs to have breakfast with his wife, then came back up and he left her with ANS while he went to help his brother move.
For some reason, I got the impression that Tas had not been there until that morning and that she came from their home to meet him for breakfast. Oh, yeah, Moe said he spent the night alone on the floor in ANS's bedroom on Wed night.
Ya mean how bad news is always made public on Fridays?

Thanks, y'all, for the TMZ and the other snips about the drive to the airport that morning. IOW, HKS had already left Moe and Tas to watch after Anna and then they both left and went to the airport, leaving ANS alone for quite a while without anyone checking on her?
Brigitte was out in the living room and didn't know Tas was in the bedroom with Anna until she heard her talking on the phone with Moe. See? It doesn't make sense.
Correction to the night Moe spent the night on the floor - must have been Tue night because Eroshevich was still there in the other bedroom of the suite.
Moe and Tas stayed in there Wed night, or planned to - don't really know if they did.
The Enquirers really made an effort over the last decade to change their reputation and in fact has as we know come up with many a valid breaking story.
Perper coming up with the suicide theory could've been brought on by believing certain people putting that idea in his crooked big head with lies as to what Anna's demeanor and activities were in her final hours. Shouldn'ta listened to those people...

My recollection from one of the Moe interviews I transcribed (and I did not do them all) was that he said that HKS asked him to spend Weds night in the suite, and that he took the room that KE had left empty. In that interview he really didn't say anything about where Taz was overnight. He said he was going to have breakfast with Thurs morn.
That's how i got the idea of "Bahamacide" (which i copyrighted).
