Khristine Eroshevich - Phone records. She called Stern the night before Anna Nicole died and the next morning and was told Anna was fine. Is it Eroshevich to whom Stern is talking when Moe describes his ‘pacing while on the cellphone’?
One would think it would have been named the Anna Nicole or the Dannie Lynn or the Hope.

All Systems Go for Tuesday DNA Reveal
TMZ has confirmed all players are getting in place for the most dramatic moment in the Anna Nicole baby saga, and it will definitely happen Tuesday.
The people who need to be there have booked their tickets. Dr. Michael Baird, the DNA expert from Ohio, has cleared his schedule and will be front and center in a Bahamian court to authenticate his DNA findings. Larry Birkhead will be there, hoping to hear the critical word — “match.” If his DNA matches Dannielynn’s, it will almost certainly change everything.
We’re told Howard K. Stern has filed no objections since his appeal was rejected last week. The only rub could come in the rather large form of Virgie Arthur, the now universally disliked but omnipresent grandmother of Dannielynn.
One other item — as we said on Greta’s show several days ago, reports that Birkhead has hired a wrongful death lawyer are bogus. The fact is, Birkhead has no legal standing to sue for Anna’s death. That would be Dannielynn’s deal, and Birkhead doesn’t have authority to represent her, at least not yet.
Birkhead has now issued the following statement on his website: “I have not hired or consulted anyone to represent me in a wrongful death suit. That accusation is totally false. The individual that started reporting this ‘fact’ didn’t take the time to contact me or my attorneys to find out the truth. I have not even thought that far as of yet. Paternity first. Everything else next.”

A bleary eyed, doped up, septic woman who less than 24 hours prior was found dazed and confused in a bathtub ( per Dr Perper ) and needs help to walk a few feet to the bathroom ( I believe Stern made that up as an alibi , she was probably well into her coma at 10 am )
is going to have the stability to walk through the rooms,
open overflowing closets, find the duffle ,unzip the duffle,
locate the CH and then have the dexterity to open the bottle. Yeah right.....

That is so strange, because I’VE been receiving messages from Anna, too. I never wanted to say anything for fear of being made fun of. The message she gave to me was very similar to the one you posted. Only some words were different....

It simply doesn't make any sense that Howard would equate DEATH with feeling "sleepy"...when he said: "Maybe I should have thought more of it."

We've all done the tiptoeing into the baby's room again and again and again. It's different.

In most states when the birthing situation calls for “rooming in” the baby is brought pretty much on demand. It’s to promote bonding while allowing the new mom some baby free time to recoup. There’s absolutely nothing odd that the baby and Daniel were together in the wee hours for those photos. There’s also nothing odd about HKS being allowed to stay in the same room. Most birthing situations allow it. I can’t imagine HKS would have settled on a facility that didn’t allow it. These arrangements are not extraodinary.

Both deaths occuring at places where there is lots of incoming and outgoing activity by guests, visitors and employees of both facilities. Hard to pin down time lines.

So sadly true. HKS is a very clever sociopath. Lots of “witnesses” to blame and substantiate that “he wasn’t around,” and by inference, “didn’t do it.” You’d think he’d have been too paranoid to have repeated the same pattern, but then it was successful. I could never figure out why he didn’t insist on cremation. ANS must have had a hand in that.
I know the message wasn’t yours. I just HAD to correct that person’s message, since hers/his from Anna was a bit different than the one Anna sent to me. lol Yes, I think mine is more accurate.
I thought they said that Taz was on the computer or something.
