You must remember the Seminole PD’s main purpose is protecting that Gambling Revenue, not getting bogged down in murder investigations. That would be bad for the Gambling business.
From the video, it doesn’t even look like she had any extended family take part in her first Christmas.
That won’t be likely since he is Jewish.
That is not obvious who she wanted to Danielynn’s father...I think his name was put on the birth certificate how many days after her son had died...she was obviously not in any state to know who she wanted as the father...she was never again coherent.

Don’t get too down - I’m supposed to be on vacation! Then I confiscated the family’s computer and here it is almost 5:00 p.m.
We will survive. Just so many twists and turns - I was browsing for my LIST to see what had changed.
Couldn’t find the list - but I suspect nothing is resolved - everything still up in the air.

ANS wanted G.Ben Thompson to give her a million dollar house on the basis he was the father.
ANS hinted she had artificial insemination with sperm from her late husband J.Howard Marshall.
ANS became drugged and under the total control of HK$ who suggested he be named the father - REASON?? to keep Larry Birkhead away and to further HK$’ ulterior motives.
It’s interesting how we never see HKS’s parents on TV defending their son’s actions. I think they are not going on TV to LIE for their son, because they know they would look like fools when the truth comes out.
