You have to remember Baird was hired by Birkhead to collect and analyze Anna Smiths DNA. More than likely, Birkhead knows the results, but understands the need for secrecy.
It would not to be an explicit hint from Braird. Maybe something like Baird encouraging Birkhead to “show up in Court”.
Virgie is the one that took her there...she thanked Daniel for helping her stay sober. Take that Stern. When you really love someone you try to always get them help even at the risk of losing them like unfortunately Virgie did.

I bet Birkhead knows. Baird was chozen by Birkheads legal team. Stern had another choice. The court chose Baird to do the test. i.e Birkheads choice.
Birkhead seems to know how to be careful with his words. I bet he knows the “Scientific Results”
I know - I didn’t like her after she became LB’s attorney because she NEVER won......yet she continued to “talk tough”. I liked having somebody who seemed to be standing up to the Sterntoadgoat team - verbally. But what I wanted to see was somebody for LB or Virgie winning IN COURT.
I may be from Tennessee, but I still have all my hair and teeth!
