They also said that it was a holiday in CA tomorrow and the clerks offices would be closed. They said that they must file TRO at the Fed Court in Ohio to stop the DNA samples from being destroyed if HKS wins his appeal.
I'll bet if they weren't watching Greta, someone is calling them right now.
Hopefully someone is thinking in ruthless terms after this fiasco of a week.
Are we sure that California has the results? Are we sure that this is going to be Larry's course of action? Has he even gotten a California atty to replace Opri? I think he has to go to court to officially get her taken off the court case.
She said something about knowing how the system works because she had dealt with a child's case in the Bahamas, but the other panelists disputed her assertion and agreed with Greta. Maybe she is playing devil's advocate. I remember she criticized Debra Opri's handling of Larry's case from the very beginning. Was she claiming Opri should not be using the California Courts, but should deal directly with the Bahama Court or Florida Courts? I can't remember exactly what her position was.
I believe that she is still on the CA team re: DNA .
I missed the first part so i didn't hear much of what she said. But it sounded like she wasn't making sense legally. Greta put her on the spot about witnesses not having rights to appeal things and stuff like that. And Gloria seemed to be spinning a little.
By having their hand in it what do you mean? I'm just confused as to if they know about it and are waiting for results or if they are going to actively try to get them for there own testing.

Said that by doing this the Calif Courts could intervene with the DNA test and make the issue a USA issue !!!!!! (Hooray if that could happen) and then courts go after Getting Dannielynn out of the Bahamas to her father per DNA test restults.

Yes, I heard what Greta said but I didn't fully understand it - anybody know what a tRO is? But YES somebody needs to reach LB"s attorneys immediately. And we KNOW Sternattorneys were watching - so they will be trying to stop this immediately I am sure ....... but somebody needs to reach D. Opri for sure! (why didn't one of these attorneys figure this out sooner!!!)

So are results of the DNA tests known?
Since HK$ is appealing DNA from the Bahamas and possibly trying to get the specimens destroyed, Greta said that possibly the California court could intervene since there was already a standing order to take DNA samples since those samples are now on US soil. In another words the California could take over for not allowing destruction and providing results.
I would LMAO if California could get it done since HK$ has been so hell bent in controlling the Bahamas court system.
