Howard's team asked for the press to be dismissed while they sought to challenge the jury selection process...which we have come to learn means that he doesn't want a jury to be seated for the inquest.

That's what I'm confused about. It does sound like he's a "person of interest"..a suspect. Has he been arrested....is this like a Grand jury in the USA.

It's a new case...It's precedence and whatever Howard is using to try to unseat the jury is likely "old stuff".
Maybe Howard should have kept the October inquest date when people knew less about "THE WHOLE TRUTH" and Anna was still a willing victim.
