More thoughts on KE & HK$
KE had to call herself Anna's "friend" in order to divulge Anna's looney behavior. She couldn't do it as her psych. under doctor/patient confidentiality.
We will never find out if HK$ was KE's patient before Anna, because of that HIPAA stuff.
If HK$ was KE's psych. patient (he qualifies)she may have suggested that she counsel Anna for the drug problem.
KE saw her opportunity to get close to both of them and she took it. She also took advantage of isolation therapy for ANS.
We still haven't found out what happened to KE's practise after she was booted from the CA employees' disability gig.

Anything is possible in this drama. There seems to be no other reason for KE's entry onto the stage except as a shrink for one or both players.
The big questions are - who was her first patient and when?
Howard and KE fed us and the media. It's all we have.
BUT the PI's are going to put REAL TIME to stuff like WHEN EXACTLY (Ticket) did KE fly to California IN BOTH CASES.
WHEN EXACTLY did Howard go out for food and he got what EXACTLY.
Videos are criminals worst friend right now and most late night places have them.
Howard's thinking is half-a** backwards. He submitted them as "evidence" and they will be...evidence of pre-meditated murder.
As far as the hospital...That baby had to come out of the nursery that night with "SPECIAL PERMISSION".
In Florida...NO ONE EXCEPT HOWARD had talked to Anna from the time KE LEFT until the time "SHE CHECKED OUT". (I don't believe she was drinking in the bar etc.. Neither KE or Howard EVER mentioned it.) IIRC

Howard Stern's mom and dad would be closer in age to KE. I don't think they ever mentioned KE. I think they know a lot more than we do.

I have this nagging feeling that KE is/was a friend of the Stern Family and he is responsible for bringing her into ANS's life.

I agree with the premise. I've long seen HKS as a misogynist, which is basically a person, like a psychopath, who must have and maintain control of everyone around them...but who may become murderous when they feel they have everything, including that control, to loose.

Saca -add this to your list; "KE said she last saw Anna taking a bath and washing her hair" TMI. She could have just said - in the bathroom. What evidence was that intended to cover up? Was there more blood and vomit involved? Did someone else wash Anna's hair? Who and why?
Or was it intended to suggest that Anna no longer had a fever and was up and about?

This could be old news to you all who've done so much homework on the subject already, but I ran across this and thought I'd post it just in case, from Psych Watch:
How Anna Nicole Smith's Shrink Got Her Pink Slip
"Here's a little more info on psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, friend of Anna Nicole Smith and a cameo player in the "Entertainment Tonight" video extravaganza of Smith's now-historic red carpet funeral.
Only in Los Angeles do psychiatrists suddenly pop up as best friends of their patients. It's unclear whether or not Eroshevich actually saw Smith as a patient or if she was just a hanger-on who got close to her in her later years.
This much is certain: It's Eroshevich's mug in the "ET" videos of the funeral, and all its tacky preparations. The good doctor happily gave quotes to the TV show, which sources say paid millions to Howard K. Stern for the right to have a landmark ceiling camera hovering over Smith's casket as it was rolled into the Bahamian church.
But back home, Eroshevich isn't all that popular with the other less famous people with whom she used to work.
At the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA), Eroshevich's professional issues cropped up right away. On July 7, 2006, the doctor was stripped of her job for failing to perform her duties properly.
From the Board of Retirement minutes:
"Recommendation to terminate the services of Board Panel Psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, M.D., Ph.D. (Memo dated July 7, 2006):
"Mr. [James] Castranova [the board's legal counsel] gave a brief explanation of the recommendation to terminate Dr. Eroshevich's services. It was noted that on two occasions, Dr. Eroshevich arranged for psychologists to conduct fact-to-face examination of LACERA members, which is a violation of the agreement between LACERA and Dr. Eroshevich, when only Board Certified Physicians are allowed to conduct these examinations.
"A motion was made by Mr. Russin, seconded by Mr. Chery, to approve the recommendation. The Legal Office, at the request of Mr. Russin, will review Dr. Eroshevich's invoices to ensure that charges are proper. The Legal Office will report its findings and any recommendations to the Insurance, Benefits and Legislative Committee. The motion passed with Mr. Macias abstaining."
James Castranova, whom I spoke with yesterday, confirmed that Dr. Eroshevich farmed out her duties to other shrinks in violation of her agreement.
In other words, she was sending unqualified doctors to interview members of LACERA when she was supposed to be doing the work herself.
LACERA spokesman Gregg Rademacher told me it's the first time he can remember that his organization had a physician who farmed out their job to other professionals, only to be caught later.
Calls to Eroshevich at two California offices with answering machines were not returned.
What also remains unclear is whether or not Eroshevich — who seemed to be an expert on Anna Nicole Smith on television — knew of the dead model's drug habits and those of her son, Daniel, and whether she tried to do anything about it."

She's like a snake who hides under a rock...In fact, there's two snakes under that rock.
I couldn't figure out how Howard was doing this all by himself....UNTIL I found out more about KE.
The script would be: Howard would ask Anna to do something. She would say "no, maybe, I don't know".
Then Anna would go to KE...and Anna would ADVISE her..(I do this with my best friend, ALL THE TIME).
So, now Anna has two opinions and makes a decision. Geez...
The drugs...Hell, not only did they play mind games with her...They doped her up and kept everything about her money under Howard's control.
I'd love to see KE's bank accounts. This is all about laundering and murder. Howard wanted it all NOW because he believed the Marshall case was dead in the water....or would go on for years and there would be debts to pay.

Something I was confused about...I thought that the laundry list of drugs KE ordered for ANS was ordered, received, and administered just before she died. According to this article, all this was 5 MONTHS BEFORE SHE DIED, right after Daniel's death.

Because "The Insider" and "Entertainment Tonight" have paid Eroshevich for interviews, they are not asking her anything definitive or questioning what went on in the Bahamas at that time or from then on."

If HK$ gets rid of Anna - what value does KE provide?
If KE has done some of the dirty work for him - he owes her.
Unless he plans to turn her in to the authorities as the quack killer...in which case he will have covered his own tracks perfectly.
