"...Astronaut Lisa Nowak was fired from NASA on Wednesday, a month after she was charged with trying to kidnap a woman she regarded as her romantic rival for the affections of a space shuttle pilot. NASA officials said Nowak's dismissal did not reflect the space agency's belief in her guilt or innocence. The agency said it lacked an administrative system to handle the allegations because Nowak is a naval officer on assignment to NASA, rather than a NASA civil servant.

Out to fend my self from the savages. All I want is another cup. No potty....no feeding. After all, I'm the boss. If need be, I will get into a Chuck Norris mode and round kick. LOL

The thing about Fred Thompson is the DBM will say he has little or no foreign policy experience while they embrace Obama who has no experience..yet..in anything..re: US policies domestic or foreign!!

Far easier than I expected. All they did is greet me and yawn. I beat--feeted it back into the bedroom with my coffee...sleeping dogs/cats...yada yada.

In case any of you are wondering why I'm up..Greg went to work this morning after a job was cancelled in the Watertown area...so he had to report to Albany...ack! Another long drive for him, at least an hour longer than Watertown.
I can't wait for him to retire. Oh, I'm sure he'll drive me nuts...LOL, but at least he would not have to travel like he does....60,000 plus road hours a year and then work 8 hours.
Horrible!!

Good morning! Molly, the record low for yesterday is -23, so -16 wasn't quite there. We're expecting -15/-20 tonight. Looks as tho lysie may be getting the *s* this morning.
I saw Fred Thompson on an old Roseanne episode over the weekend. He had dark hair - well, at least more than he does now.
Going back to bed - Dr. Maroon isn't coming in until noon today, so it'll be a late night. Have a great day, everyone!

Good morning. Rudy Guiliani was in town yesterday and wowed quite a few folks at lunchtime downtown. He went to THE deli in Indianapolis and waited in line like everyone else. Sat and ate with some NG soldiers who were in town and generally made no missteps. Got front page coverage in the paper with surprisingly flattering photos.
This is merely reporting political news and should in no way be construed as an endorsement. Political visitors to Indianapolis (from the national level) are fairly rare.
