rudy's judicial picks here, ti, rudy stated on H&C about the john roberts nomination that it was common sense to assume a president will pick a judge who is consistent with his own philosophy. i agree with that common sense proposition, so to apply that to the current situation, one can only assume that rudy would nominate judges consistent with HIS philosophy. which is why i put no stock in the fantasy that he would appoint judges consistent with a prolife philosophy, as he is admitted to be pro-choice. yet there are freepers who are banking on that very thing and ceding him their vote on that basis.
I will choose a candidate who THINKS like me and his platform is consistent with my values. I don't see him on the horizon YET. If I have to settle it will be MUCH later in the process than the primaries.
