In unrelated news, we have learned that Mike Nifong has submitted to application to join the staff of Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald ... :-)
"Explosive" DNA evidence? Good grief, who all layed down with that hootchie?
Can the LaCrosse guys sue the stripper?
So do we have additional DNA beyond the original 4 or 5 males or the DNA that was found is connected to someone in RDU who is well known? Or is it both?
Howlin--where are you and have you any additional details?
Starting to sound like the lacrosse team were the only guys in Durham who DIDN'T have sex with this "dancer".
Does the new prosecution team know about the additional DNA evidence? Are they deliberately hiding it also? If so, why?
Duke is using LAXATIVES!!??? Who KNEW????
This is a warning shot across the bow of the special prosecutors and the AG's office. The defense atttorneys are saying you have had your time. It is time to drop these charges and if you continue this hoax it is now on you and you will suffer the same fate as Nifong, particularly if you won't come clean on the evidence.

After his disastrous performance at the December 15 hearing "when he admitted that he and Mike Nifong had entered into an agreement to intentionally withhold exculpatory DNA evidence "Dr. Brian Meehan filed an amended report, which purported to be the complete results of his findings. That report did little more than confirm what he admitted under oath in questioning from Brad Bannon: that DNA from multiple, unidentified, males was found in the accuser's rape kit.
Defense attorneys have continued to scrutinize Meehan's data, however, and today's motion reveals that they have uncovered even more DNA "from additional unidentified males "that Meehan's amended report failed to include. According to the motion, DNA Security discovered the DNA of at least two males in the accuser's rectum that did not match the Defendants, their lacrosse teammates, or anyone else who provided a reference DNA sample.

Today's defense motion also provides a statistical summary of the Meehan test results: A collective review of all materials provided to the Defendants and information obtained by the Defendants about DNA Security's work shows that at least 12 of the 22 rape kit DNA extractions, "in other words, over half of them" contained male DNA that did not match the Defendants.
The boys are guilty because one of those honest, crusading DAs said so. Evidence does not matter.
More DNA hidden by Nifong--Are you kidding me??????????? I've been against the Feds getting involved until the SP has had its chance--I believe the time has come!
She is a prostitue who is trying to take these rich white boys for all they have got and the PC culture the mainstream media is helping to reinforce her case. They say white priveledge, what a crock. There is a difference between racism and preference. Preference does not make you a racist.
I predict that nothing will happen to Nifong. There will be some motions about getting him in trouble, but as soon as a short-attention-span public forgets about him, nothing will happen to him and he will get away with a felony.
Otherwise the man-hating-spitting-and-clawing feminazis will raise a stink and all politicians will bow down and give in.
Hmmm................I wonder if there's a match to some person currently unknown to us, although I don't think a private lab would have that information...........unless they gave their results to SBI who ran it through the DNA profile database........
The news that there are more "missing" DNA results highlights another puzzle in this case that I have mentioned previously: With so much DNA floating around how come the State lab couldn't find any or did they? I believe that there are folks in that lab who know exactly what Nifong was up to from day 1. I strongly suspect that he went to another lab not for better techniques but greater pliability.
I would be interested if anyone has seen anything on this.
Duke Chronicle does some investigative reporting on Linwood:
"I think we've made it pretty clear what we think about the work that Mr. Wilson has done to this point," Cheshire said. "If we have to litigate it, we will."
