Error on my part...Maureen Stapleton...best known from All in the Family.

Edith died? She's the only part of "All in the Family" I can still tolerate on TVLand. The rest is liberal propaganda.

No--Jean Stapleton is still alive I believe. Maureen Stapleton died.

Edith was Jean Stapleton. She's still alive. Maureen Stapleton played in movies such as Cocoon, The Money Pit, Bye, Bye Birdie, etc.
