You're right, Sanchez was the witness. My mistake. The woman assaulted declined to be named but the reporter did feel compelled to tell us she was Haitian. Haitians are a Designated Victim Group.

I think I'm offended because someone would put me in a DVG. We haven't even heard this woman speak yet, so who's to say what her mindset is about all of this. What would you do if you were victimized in a business establishment and no one in that establishment came to your aid? I guess you'd chalk it up to experience?
