I'll have to take your word for it....15 minutes is about my limit.

However, the instapundits are saying this judge is vying for a 'Meet the Judge' or Judge Judy type program and has audition tapes, thus my suspicion.

Yes, I expected a lot of people to start sliming this judge today. I've been watching him since last week, and so far, I think he's been making some pretty good decisions.

I'll bet you that last week, there were very few people on this thread who thought that they would see Howard K. Stern on the stand this morning!

Oh yes, he's got a complete mess. But Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith lived there entire lives in a legal mess. They purposely tie everything up in their lives, like this. They thumb their nose at our laws and our rules and anything remotely normal in this life. That is the fault of ANS and HKS and not the judge. Thus the fiasco in Florida.

Oh, and don't forget to NEVER believe what the media is saying! ;-)
