Could it be that Goen did not know about that permit approval on the 12th (Sept) yet? - Maybe they had planned to come back to the states but the permit came through on the 11th of Sept and they decided they would try to screw B. Thompson out of his home. OR....

I think they bought another property on the island and that is the one that is being remodeled. They were squatting in the B. Thompson home until the second home was complete. One of the Anna/Stern Bahamian atty's said on TV that she own 2 properties on the island. (I think that was a slip up that he should not have slipped out) - Of course I have no proof of this - but I suspect it, due to the remodeling info and the lawyer's slip up. B Thompson's house is not being remodeled from what I have seen on TV. So I think there is another house.

Interesting and I've had the same thought. I'm sure the Thompson/Shelly's know if the ET remodel footage is their house or not. Also because the attorney's have been very elusive about the actual domicile in the Bahamas.

If so the second property is the one she took Stein and Pat O'Brien on tours of and showed the dock where the boat was to be kept. The house was totally taken apart for remodeling.
