OK - that makes sense.

California is Larry's DNA venue.
Bahamas has Virgie's injunction not to take baby off the island.

Thx

They said the dog was with them this morning on Fox. Haven't heard anything since.

I think Virgie called for a emergency custody hearing when she got the island last week. She was asking for 2 things. The injunction to keep the baby on the island (which included Stern also having to keep the baby on the island) and the other was for an emergency custody hearing which was scheduled for next week back then. So I am pretty sure this hearing in the Bahamas on Thursday is for Virgie since it was ID as a Custody Hearing on FOX.

Birkhead's would be DNA paternity request in Bahamas.

Stern already had a injunction on the baby that no one but him or Anna could remove the baby from the island. I think this occurred when Birkhead started his filings in the Bahamas a couple months ago.

Stern's lawyer was whining that he did not understand why Virgie asked for a injunction when one was already put in place by Stern. Of course he forgot mention that Stern's injunction did not include him or Anna in it.
