Had the family gone to the press prior to Anna dying? If so did HKS read their story and got an idea?

If he had the idea, it was probably well before this death. ANS and HKS had been to this hotel many times, including January 6, 2007. Mark Grosso was found Jan 14.

My interest in that story is that people need to understand when they stay at Casino's on tribal lands, they are, in effect, leaving the laws of the US. Most people don't even know they are on tribal lands, I'd wager.
