THE MYSTERY IS SOLVED - He even has a sense of humor about his odd shaped head!

Dr. Perper is a Romanian immigrant.

http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/local/broward/sfl-cperper16feb16,0,2122763.story

He was born in 1932 in Bacau, Romania, and moved to Jerusalem at the age of 18 to earn a medical and law degree. He worked at the Allegheny County, Pa., morgue from 1972 to 1994, when he became Broward's medical examiner.

But never has Perper been more popular than since Smith's death.

Despite a slew of interviews, no one -- not even his own staff -- has asked about the unique shape of Perper's head.

He responded with a sense of humor rarely seen in his public persona.

"I am definitely not a member of the television's Coneheads," he said with a chuckle. "I always used to say I have extra brains that I could not accommodate in my head."

The story is told in pure Perper style: just the facts. He was dropped accidentally on his head by his aunt when he was a small child and a blood clot thickened part of his skull.

He also let slip that he enjoys some of the media attention.

I'd like to know why any of these Atty's think they will be paid for their services? - (some of the stuff I am reading tonight in almost unbelieveable - Clearly Stern & Anna were partners (in crime) who were trying to rip off anyone they possibly could.)

There are at least 14 pages of Editorials and Articles from the Bahama's about Anna Nicole.

The oldest articles are listed first:

Pathologist Contacts Anna Nicole Lawyers For Payment

The private pathologist in the Daniel Smith case has had to contact Anna Nicole Smith's lawyers to settle payment for his services.

World-renowned forensic pathologist Dr Cyril Wecht, who was called in by the embattled US celebrity to perform a second autopsy on 20-year-old Daniel, has contacted Ms Smith's lawyers in the Bahamas.

Although Dr Wecht did not wish to comment directly on reports that the former Playboy playmate still owes him $80,000 for his professional services, the pathologist said that he very recently sent letters to Ms Smith's lawyers as well as to the legal counsel of her partner attorney Howard K Stern.

Speaking with The Tribune yesterday from the Cyril H Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law in Pittsburgh, the pathologist said that the matter of payment in this case has been a "very interesting" experience for him.

"There are matters involving payment of my professional consultation fees in this case that are being dealt with by me and the various attorneys invoIved.

"This has been a subject of ongoing discussion," he said. Dr Wecht said he did not at this time wish to disclose the exact amount that he charged for his work. However, he said, he is entitled to receive payment for professional services, "in dealing with the visit (to the Bahamas), during the visit for the work that I did there, the extensive work that I've done since then, the various scientific matters."

"There are matters that are being dealt with and that have been addressed by me and the various attorneys involved, and here 1 speak of Mr (Michael) Scott and Ms (Tracy) Ferguson, who I understand are no longer Ms Smith's attorneys, but who were involved, and attorney Wayne Munroe, who is Ms Smith's attorney and Anthony McKinney who is Mr Stern's attorney," he said.

Dr Wecht - who among his many high-profile cases also analysed the Warren Report on the death of US President John F Kennedy for the American Academy of Forensic Sciences - travelled to the Bahamas at the request of Ms Smith.

In an autopsy that took less than four hours, Dr Wecht ruled out the possibility of foul play in the case of Daniel's death.

Following later tests, Dr Wecht determined that Daniel had at least seven drugs in his system when he died on September 10 in Doctors Hospital.

The pathologist said that the antidepressant Amitriptyline, as well as two over-the-counter cold medicines, were found in Daniel's body, along with methadone and the antidepressants Lexapro and Zoloft.

Well, unless his aunt was a Nazi, and I'm sure she wasn't, then I was "way wrong" in my speculation about what happened to his skull.

That was cute how he responded to the Coneheads comments.
