Estate attorney now discussing the will - saying that the will is ambiguous.....saying the despositive section would (if challenged) fail - meaning it could come under the laws of the state...probate court.....
Oh now he is going into the $$$ part of what the will means - in California. Sorry - that doesn't mesh with my brain.
