wow....what a mess!

Earlier, it was opined that HKS would withdraw from the body burial fight and Rale will take over as representing the interests of ANS....problem....the case was brought by HKS himself. So, if he withdraws, does the case go away?

I doubt it since Rales is already fighting where and how she is to be embalmed. These men are going to run up as many expensive legal bills as possible so they can benefit from her estate.

Is this how he avoids appearing in court? Would the judge still order him to appear if his pleadings are withdrawn and he is no longer a party? Hmmmmmm.....

At least we'd lose his annoying lawyer then. It would be Rales vs. Virgie's lawyer.

HKS doesn't care about the body. He's probably laughing that he can appear to withdraw from the fight graciously, but reluctantly - as described by his law-partner-in-crime.

He's only interested in claiming he's the father of Dannielyn - her guardian and executor.

He is probably in no mental shape to handle all the questions at a hearing on the body. The body can't help him now.
