What was the status of the probate/bk/Scotus stuff when this was written? SCOTUS had just kicked it back to 9th circuit?
Trying to be devious and follow how he is going to truly benefit by the time this stuff goes thru the courts and the scrutiny.
He can't benefit as executor and receive anything from the will at the same time...which he doesn't. But he can take a salary and control funds as executor until she is 18.
Hell, he'll probably try to marry her then as it will be proven he is not the father.
