"Anna Nicole Smith will not be making merry as she celebrates her 39th birthday in the Bahamas Tuesday -- she's still stunned by the death of her son Daniel.

How ironic... On her 39th birthday she had Bahamian Shane Gibson in her bed (fully clothed of course) while Howard Stern took digital pictures of both of them. Stern clearly said on ET this past week that those pictures of Shane and Anna were taken on Anna 39th birthday.

I bet good money that Shane didn't know he was being photographed in bed with ANS....fully clothed, of course.
