She was close to six feet tall (5'11") and big women don't show as much as someone smaller... my sister is 5'11" and her pregnancies were never as obvious as people I knew much shorter.

Also, if the two nannies stories about her wanting to keep the baby skinny so she would be sexy are true, then ANS may not have eaten and lot and gained much weight in the pregnancy -- plus she disappeared to Georgia and then Bahamas when she was five months pregnant, mostly she spent those last four months out of the public eye.
