I have implants. My dr termed what I was born with "borderline birth defect". I just wanted to look like a normal woman. Anyway, if they are placed under the muscle they make mammograms much easier to read, plus the muscle gives them some protection. I've known women who had implants who were kicked in the chest by their horse and they never ruptured. I think they are pretty strong.
