I wonder if a contract between HKS and ANS exists?
Isn't a contingency based on suing for damages (and no payment is made to the atty unless the plaintiffs case is won by said lawyer)? From what we have seen, it seems like HK$ was ANS manager/legal advisor. Isn't it odd that he would'nt be paid for his services? Hmmmmm....
Mark Fuhrman - I like him very much - is on Hannity and Colmes now.....he is talking about the prescription drugs and the autopsy report - saying the investigators SHOuld NOT WAIT until the 3-5 weeks for these toxicology reports to come back to find out more about these prescription drugs, to whom they were prescribed, what doctor prescribed them, etc.
Ugh there is Cyril Wecht - he may be good but he is EMPLOYED BY ANS AND HKS therefore he is NOT an ubiased "expert."
