Their was a clip of the Florida judge today saying, 'that baby [meaning the body] is not going anywhere. It's mine. It's refrigerated and we've all got plenty of time to get to know each other.'

Then, Nancy Grace goes to Dr. Perper live who says that's not true and that the judge was disreptful to the deceased.

Now, I'm not saying I disagree with that, but he is the medical examiner in this case, and has NO business saying it on National TV!!

Ok...let me add just a little background (and I do mean little) about Dr. Perper. He was the Coroner in Pittsburgh between two terms of Cyril Wecht as Coroner. Cyril had his own political enemies; but Perper was a one termer because (I vaguely remember) him making snarky comments (publicly) about DAs, or cops, and generally alienating others. Wecht won the next election (I guess that is how Perper arrived in FLA), and eventually got into trouble with billing practices and now the Coroner is no more, it is now a Medical Examiner, and I would have to google to see who it is because after those two being in the media for what seemed like decades, anyone else, who just did the job, would disappear into the background.
