In FL the court ruled in favor of Birkhead's DNA request. In LA the court has taken off it's "hold" of the body of ANS.

At this very moment there is an emergency hearing going in FL to determine who will take custody of ANS body.

Meanwhile, Ron Rale claims that the "ANS" attorney's in FL received no notification of court proceedings today.

TMZ.com has released copies of scripts from 2 CA doctors, prescribed to ANS real name and her alias names. Scripts for Methadone, etc (I posted them on the thread above.)

The idea that ANS was on methadone, or any drugs while pregnant, is making me ill. And not one person stepped in? If Larry Birkhead KNEW and thought this was his baby, why didn't he shout it to the world?

Nothing makes sense in this mess.
