yes... Stern is only presumed the father until some other man files for paternity in the Bahama's. Once that happens the Stern is no longer the presumed father until the court decides if the other man should be granted the DNA tests done on the child in question. It is not so cut and dry for Stern just because his name is on her birth cert. He is simply presumed the father until someone contests it in the Bahama courts.
