Oh, yeah. If Birkhead were to file in the Bahamas, that would mean his attorney thinks the Bahama stuff is legal, which none of it is. No need to give it status.
I understand... but this might be his only option to get things moving quicker. It is hard to say just how long Stern will stick around or how long before they tell him to pack up and leave.
I believe that Birkhead has to file in the Bahamas for a DNA test and that is what Stern's attorney has been saying for a week now. You'd think Birk's attorney would know this but it took a Bahamian "legal expert" on tv last night to confirm it.
